How do I cancel a monthly donation?
Send an email to donations@kutlwanong.org with your contact details, amount of your monthly donations and date at which you wish for the donation to discontinue. Our team will send you confirmation that the monthly donation is cancelled.
How safe is PayFast as a payment platform?
PayFast is trusted by over 80 000 businesses, it has high security with PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, offering advanced security and fraud protection.
How soon will the once-off donation happen?
Depending on who you bank with, payment could be real-time or take a day or two to reflect.
Am I protected when doing an online transaction?
Payfast and the Kutlwanong website has an SSL certificate and SSL Encryption. This means that all communication between the your browser and the payment gateway is encrypted using Extended Validation SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 2048-bit encryption, the highest available.
Payfast uses 3D Secure 2, which supports dynamic, risk-based authentication. This allows for biometric verification (like facial recognition or fingerprint) through your banking apps to authorize payments.
